Jitl is een disruptief opleidingsbedrijf. Ze ontwikkelen medewerkers op een andere manier dan een gemiddeld trainingsbureau. Ze combineren online inhoudelijk leren met offline gedragstraining. Daarbij delen ze winst direct met trainers.
